Practising attorney through the Pamplona Bar Association since 19 October 1971, Urban Planner and licensed in Tax Law through the C.E.T.E., with an extensive professional background in the field of Administrative Law and Urban Planning amongst others, lending advisory services to local commercial and private entities.

He has laso been Professor of Public Administration and Contentious-Administration Action at the School of Legal Practice at the University of Navarre since its foundation.
